Ride share is operating at Auckland Airport.

Travelers can get a ride at the touch of a button from an accredited driver-partner who has received a Passenger Endorsement licence issued by the NZ Transport Agency, which includes a background safety check. To make it easier for passengers getting a ride from the airport, Uber have launched new digital billboards directing customers to the dedicated rideshare pick-up zones at domestic terminals at New Zealand’s largest airport, which are designed to complement in-app messaging and Auckland Airport’s signage. For domestic travellers, the ride share area for pick-up and drop-off is located at the rear of the multi-storey parking building.

The orange AirportLink bus service carries passengers between Auckland Airport, Puhinui Station and Manukau Bus Station. Puhinui Station connects to the wider public transport network, so you can travel to and from Auckland Airport, from anywhere. You can get all the way to the City Centre for as little as $5.80
